Website and quote generator for a facade restoration company

The challenge

In facade restoration, almost every job starts with a quote. Every request arrives by phone or through a form, and someone has to sit down and write the document by hand, copying the client's tax details, describing the service, giving it a number that has not been used before and filing it in some folder.

That way a quote takes longer to write than to calculate, and it is easy to get a tax ID or an address wrong. On top of that, nobody knows for certain how many are still waiting for an answer.

What we built

• A panel listing every request that comes in through the website, with no reliance on email.
• Quotes numbered automatically and in sequence, with no manual tally.
• Predefined service types, so the same description is not rewritten every time.
• Client tax details in a single form: company name, tax ID, address, phone and email.
• A preview of the document before saving or sending, to check what the client will receive.
• The same panel works on the office computer and on a tablet on site.
